Both Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 take about a full day where we start at 09.00 and finish at about 17.00 including lunch and breaks.

Reiki 1: Shoden
(beginner level)
You will get attuned to the Reiki energy and learn the basics of Reiki so you can treat yourself, friends and loved ones.

(Advanced Reiki Techniques)
Deepening after Reiki 2. You learn more techniques, get an energy upgrade and learn to use crystals to send Reiki at a distance.

Reiki 2: Okuden (advanced level)
You will get an energy upgrade, learn more techniques, get attuned to the Reiki symbols and learn to send healing at a distance.

Reiki 3: Shinpiden (master level)
Invites powerful healing and personal and spiritual development. Gives you the ability to teach Reiki to your own students.
