About me

My name is Jacob Härnqvist and I am trained in Usui Holy Fire III® Reiki level 1+2 by Åsa Ahlström and Reiki 3 (Master level) by Therése Bedmyr Karlsson and Garry Malone (I have done the all three Reiki-levels twice). Practicing Reiki is a matter of course for me, and suits me perfectly since started out by practicing Zen meditation for many years (Reiki has zen buddhist origins). As zen practitioner, I have gone through a large number of silent retreats (sesshins) and I also lived for a year at a Zen Buddhist monastery.
